How Can Hypnosis Help Me?
When you are hypnotized you are also in a highly suggestible state. You will have a tendency to follow the suggestions of your hypnotherapist if the suggestion fits one of 3 conditions:
1. The suggestion is something you want and/or
2. It is something you have no major objection to and/or
3. It is for your own best good and your subconscious knows it.

After learning about you, how you learn and what your presenting issues are, your hypnotherapist will induce hypnosis. You will be aware at all times—unless you fall asleep, in which case, you will still only follow a suggestion that fits into one of the 3 categories above.

Repetition is the key to creating behavior changes using hypnosis. The subconscious mind is like a child’s mind: It LOVES repetition. Have you ever read a story to a child—over and over again? Same thing. The use of CDs or MP3s is vital in changing behaviors. Your hypnotist should record your session or offer generic CDs that reinforce your new habits.
